Verified complaints are recorded permanently and the count appears on the product’s public verification report. We review every report but do not arbitrate disputes.
This is not a product review. We only accept reports about specific, verifiable issues that relate to our checks: cancellation, billing, data sharing, spam, pricing, support access, terms changes, or privacy violations.
